Dr. Garcia Stevenson is the founder and visionary of Restore the Joy Ministries. A vision God spoke to her almost 15 years ago. After much procrastination for fear of what others would say, Dr. Stevenson, would finally answer Gods call and begin to write and implement the vision for Restore the Joy Ministries
